Terms & Disclaimer

Using FrischGames

FrischGames is a personal entertainment project operated by Barak Caplan. Use it responsibly and follow any school, household, or workplace rules that apply to you. These terms govern use of the site; individual games have additional playing rules.

You must be at least 13 to create an account or submit personal information. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian as needed. If you disagree with these terms, stop using the site. You can contact Barak about your account or data.

Accounts and fair play

Use accurate account information, do not impersonate someone else, and keep your password and recovery codes private. Teacher and administrator roles require authorization. Do not share an account to evade restrictions or use someone else’s account without permission.

Do not exploit bugs, fabricate scores, alter requests to gain rewards, bypass limits or moderation, or interfere with the service. Use only automation explicitly permitted by a game’s own rules. Report errors that affect scores or purchases rather than taking advantage of them.

Administrators may investigate reports, correct illegitimate scores or rewards, and restrict accounts for abuse. Enforcement should be proportionate to the issue. If you think a restriction or correction is wrong, contact Barak and explain what happened.

Community and uploaded content

Be respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual or adult material, other people’s private information, pirated content, or material promoting illegal activity. Do not upload photos or other content without the rights and permission to share them. Avoid spam and misleading links.

You retain your rights in your own uploads. By submitting content, you allow the site to store, process, and display it to the audience you selected, as needed to provide the feature. This is not a transfer of ownership. Content may be removed when it violates these rules, infringes rights, or creates a safety concern. Report concerns through the site or email.

Paws, items, scores, and events

Paws and game currencies are virtual features for entertainment. They are not money, an investment, or a promise of payment. Rewards, item availability, seasons, daily limits, and rankings can change. A game’s score may differ from the Paws it awards, and server verification or limits may affect an award.

If an event offers a real prize, its stated event rules control eligibility and distribution. A leaderboard entry alone does not guarantee a prize. Please contact Barak about errors; corrections should follow the available records and the rules announced for the event.

Availability and disclaimer

Features may be updated, paused, or retired. Game saves and connectivity can fail, and browser-only progress may be lost if you clear storage. Reasonable efforts are made to fix problems, but continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

The site is provided as available for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Barak is not responsible for indirect losses caused by outages, third-party services, or misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibility that the law does not allow to be excluded.

FrischGames is not an official school service or a source of official school instructions. Names, themes, and fictional game events are used for entertainment and do not imply endorsement. Ads and linked services are operated by third parties; a link or ad is not a personal endorsement.

Questions and updates
